Cha Eun Woo once again dragged into Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron's controversy: YouTuber Lee Jin Ho makes new claims

Kim Soo Hyun's ongoing controversy surrounding his dating scandal with the late actress Kim Sae Ron continues to affect those closely connected to them. Among the high-profile names mentioned in the drama is Astro member and actor Cha Eun Woo, who had a close relationship with the late actress. Recently, Garosero Research Institute, the YouTube channel responsible for the expos¨¦, raised questions about Cha Eun Woo's silence regarding Kim Sae Ron's death, alleging that he didn't even attend her funeral.

However, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, who has largely supported Kim Soo Hyun's side and is currently facing a lawsuit from Kim Sae Ron's family for spreading malicious videos about her, now claims that Cha Eun Woo was indeed present at Kim Sae Ron's funeral. He criticised the controversial channel for spreading baseless claims and failing to fact-check their reports.

YouTuber Lee Jin Ho fires back at Garosero's Kim Se Ui

YouTuber Lee Jin Ho is responding to Garosero's operator, Kim Se Ui, with a new video. On April 3, Lee Jin Ho, in his new video, alleged that Kim Se Ui has made numerous false claims in the name of evidence and misrepresented Kim Sae Ron's family.

Lee called out the Garosero operator for showing irrelevant photos instead of the actual KakaoTalk screenshots between Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron, highlighting three major issues in his video.

Lee Jin Ho alleges Kim Sae Ron enrolled in Chung-Ang University

Lee Jin Ho debunked Kim Se Ui's claim that Kim Sae Ron never attended university. Kim Se Ui had alleged that Kim Sae Rron didn't graduate; however, Lee has alleged that Kim Sae Ron dropped out of high school, passed the GED, and then enrolled in Chung-Ang University's performing arts program in 2019.

Lee slammed Kim Se Ui for not knowing these basic facts, questioning whether she intentionally altered Kim Sae Ron's age on air, which could have serious consequences.

Lee Jin Ho debunks Kim Se Ui's photo proof

The controversial reporter-turned-YouTuber also disputed Kim Se Ui's claims about a photo allegedly taken by Kim Sae Ron in 2017. Kim Se Ui had said metadata proved Kim Sae Ron took the photo during her first year of high school, presenting the said picture as proof of their underage relationship. But Lee revealed that the photo was actually taken before July 2014, showing a much younger Kim Soo Hyun.

He explained that fans had been circulating the photo for years, and multiple sources confirmed its origin. Lee also pointed out that the photo's metadata showed a July 2014 timestamp and was even featured on a fan blog post in August 2014.

Cha Eun Woo attended Kim Sae Ron's funeral: Lee Jin Ho

Lee Jin Ho also refuted Kim Se Ui's claim that Cha Eun Woo skipped Kim Sae Ron's funeral. Lee stressed that Kim Se Ui's statement shows she didn't bother to verify basic facts.

In reality, the idol-actor did attend the funeral, arriving in the evening and staying late into the night, Lee claimed, adding that he has statements from multiple people who met and sat with Cha Eun Woo during the funeral, confirming his attendance.

Neither Cha Eun Woo nor his agency has reacted to the claims circulating about him amid the ongoing Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron controversy.
