Photographer Captured Exact Moment When Lightning Struck & Looked Like A Tree

Every person on this planet needs to take a moment and thank nature for the wonders it has given us. Speaking of nature's amazing gifts, here's another example.

One photographer reportedly captured on film the exact moment lightning struck. Much to his amazement, and to the surprise of others on social media, it looked like a tree in that moment.

The image was originally shared on Twitter by photographer Kyle Russell Allen. It caught up with netizens who were left speechless. It was then shared by famous weatherman Nick Kraynok on his official Facebook page with the caption: 'That's not a tree...that is a great shot of the lightning tonight in Lubbock!'

Lubbock is a town in Texas, USA and the man behind the lens, Kyle Russell Allen lives there. Kraynok's Facebook post quickly picked up on the social media platform.

'Omggg that¡¯s an amazing capture!! #PhotographersDream,' wrote one user. 'Looks like there's a rainbow to the left of it as well. Beautiful photo,' wrote another.

While lightning to some can seem like an amazing phenomenon, to others it can mean the difference between life and death.

Last year, Alex Coreas, also from Texas, was struck by lightning while walking his three dogs. The moment was captured by surveillance cameras which showed the exact moment when lightning struck his foot.

Another time, a tree was struck by a bolt of lightning which made it burn from inside, and people had claimed that this is 'what hell looks like.' The location of where the video was shot is still unknown but it sure made people think about nature and its mysterious ways.
