Woman Police Officers Caring For Babies As Moms Take TET Exams, Is The Kind Of Support We Need
A bunch of women in Assam appeared for Teachers Eligibility Test TET. The woman police officers helped them by taking care of their babies. The police officers were seen cradling the babies for the duration of the exam. It was really sweet of these police officers to take care of these little ones for their mothers.
What women of the country need is for other women in power and privilege to come together and support them, only then will we be truly empowered. That is exactly what happened in Assam recently. While the womankind is known to be adept at multitasking - juggling a job, household work, handling babies - sometimes, doing all at once is not possible.
So, while a bunch of women in Assam appeared for Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET), the woman police officers helped them by taking care of their babies.

The TET examination took place in Assam on November 10; it is conducted to test the basic aptitude to become a teacher. The selected candidates then teach students from Class I to VIII. The examination has two sets, one is for teachers applying to teach the junior classes of I to V. And the second set is for those who are going to teach VI to VIII.

It was really sweet of these police officers to take care of these little ones for their mothers. This is also a literal and figurative example of the kind of support we need to lend each other, as human beings, in order to build a kinder, more empathetic world. Here is to hoping that those women clear the examination and are a step closer to achieving their dream.
