World's Most Generous Boss Took Her Entire Team For An All Expenses Paid 2-Week Trip To Bali!

While many of us struggle to find a good excuse to take a 'leave' and chill, a Sydney-based marketing agency employees spent ten days in Bali, working together on an all-expenses-paid trip!
The Sydney-based marketing company Soup Agency boss, is now being tagged as the "world's best boss" since she gave her employees an all-expenses-paid trip to Bali.
The Sydney-based marketing company, Soup Agency employees, were surprised by the two-week trip to the Indonesian island.
The company uploaded a video from the trip to its Instagram account. Besides attending meetings, workers may be seen going on hikes in the morning sunshine, quad-biking, working by the pool, practicing yoga, and eating and drinking together.
"A wrap-up of Bali¡ªfirst working holiday as a team," the video is captioned.
According to Soup's managing director, Katya Vakulenko, the trip was the best team-building activity the company has undertaken since its founding.
"I think it's important for workplaces to all work together as a team, inside and outside working hours," Katya told the Daily Mail.
"Covid-19 taught us that there are new ways of working and, essentially, we can work from anywhere." So we decided to take that to the next level, "she said.
For the first time, coworkers from different departments worked together. One hour's drive north of Denpasar, in Ubud, they stayed in a luxurious villa.
On vacation, Michelle, one of the staff members, even hiked up a volcano early in the morning to commemorate her 24th birthday. The team performed well during the holiday despite the obvious distractions.
"Having the whole agency work, interact, and collaborate was refreshing. It was an experience in life that I won't forget, "Digital Marketing Executive Kumi Ho said.
The company has already begun to prepare for its next European "working holiday."
