One of the most active community of participants in the protests is that of students. After the brutal Delhi Police treatment of Jamia protesters, universities across the nation stood up in solidarity be it AMU, IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi, DU, Guwahati University. Even Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge university protested.

The video of the protest in Bengaluru shows streets jammed with people, there seems to be no space for one more person let alone a vehicle. Still thousands of people answered the call of an ambulance and managed to elegantly make way for it.
The video shows the crowd dispersing and then melting into each other again as soon as the ambulance passes them. The ambulance slithered down smoothly through the crowd, no one tried to stop it or create a problem.
