In the now-viral video, her grandson can be seen getting fries for her. The grandma¡¯s excitement is all too visible as she mixes it up with some peri peri masala and shakes it in a bag before consuming it. On being asked by Jai if she liked it, she agrees and gives a wide smile.
¡°We were passing by Mc D and I took a meal.. she¡¯s very particular about what she eats (brahmin daadi) so she said NO and gave me expressions which meant ¡®tu hi kha ye kachra¡¯. I forced her for 15-20 min. to just try it ones. Now when I ask her what should I bring you from the market, she says, ¡®woh aaloo wali cheez aur mirchi¡¯. Then I taught her how to mix it and she¡¯s now having ball of a time,¡± Jai Pareek wrote as he shared the video on Instagram.
The video has garnered more than 6 million views and over 5 lakh likes.

Earlier, a video went viral on social media showing a desi nani trying a loaded pizza for the very first time. For a desi grandparent, eating regular vegetables with pulses and rice is their staple diet but this would've been quite a new experience for this grandmother.
The video was posted on Instagram by her grandson Greesh Bhatt, a video content creator. The video captures his grandma¡¯s reaction after she tries pizza for the first time. In the now-viral video, nani picks up a slice of pizza and takes a bite. However, it appears from her reaction that she doesn¡¯t quite enjoy it.

Another grandmother went viral after she tried talking to Alexa for the first time.
The grandma very cutely tries to instruct Alexa to play Ganpati Bhajan. But her command didn't end there. She calmly explained to Alexa how she wanted the Al-speaker to play all the verses and even the aarti in the bhajan.
After commanding it to her heart's content, she smiled towards the camera.
