When a man named Nawar Moukhalalati from Dubai failed to find a job on an online employment platform, he decided to hand out his CV with a chocolate bar to people at traffic signals.
Finding a job is never easy, but it can be hard when economies across the world are still feeling the effects of the pandemic and employers are reluctant to hire new workers. But a jobseeker from Dubai took a chance and found a unique way to hand out his resume in the hope of getting a job.

When a man named Nawar Moukhalalati from Dubai failed to find a job on an online employment platform, he decided to hand out his CV with a chocolate bar to people at traffic signals.

The CV also contained a note that read, "I will be grateful to you if you help me to get a job. I wish you a beautiful day full of love and happiness." It also mentioned his name and contact details.
¡°After I failed to get a job on Linkedin, I started distributing my CV to people on the signals in Dubai,¡± he wrote on LinkedIn while attaching a picture.

In his resume, Nawar Moukhalalati lists his past job experiences as a sales officer and salesman in various offices. He also stated that he has received education from Al Zarqa University and can speak both Arabic and English.
Dubai man's unique way of handing out resume impresses people
The LinkedIn post was shared a day ago and has since received over 700 reactions and several comments. Many also posted their thoughts in the comments.
"Shoutout to companies in UAE who are looking to hire creative people, he may prove to be an excellent marketing guy. Please help him secure a job," a person wrote.
"This is called out-of-the-box thinking. The market is tough and I am also trying to get a job from the past couple of months. Wish you good luck brother," a second person said.
