Kindness Goes A Long Way! Food Blogger Gives Candy To Kids On The Street, Their Reaction Is Priceless
A few street kids were busy selling jewellery when a stranger handed them chocolate bars, and the surprised look on their faces is priceless.
There is no gesture big or small when it comes to kindness. So, a food blogger's kind gesture towards two young kids selling jewellery on the street is really warming our hearts.
A video was uploaded on Instagram showing the same by this Delhi-based food blogger named Ekta Patni who goes by the username, @thecheeseaddict_2193 on Instagram. The video clip shows two children with plastic baskets around their necks. The basket had some artificial jewels that these kids wanted to sell and were going around asking people if they wanted to buy. Their clothes were worn and dirty, but the innocence on their faces was priceless.
This is when the blogger handed out candy bars to each of them. At first, they exchanged surprised looks, but soon a big smile spreads on their cheeks as they look at each other with a lot of warmth. That smile on their faces of gratitude and genuine happiness was honestly heartwarming.
The blogger captioned the video - "Never felt this good. I urge you to do something good, doesn¡¯t matter little or big, just something good every day - make someone smile." The video also shows a text right in the middle of it which says, "Ahh my heart."
People on the internet loved this beautiful video and couldn't help lauding the genuine happiness on these kids faces. Many even said how those innocent faces brought tears to their eyes. And we couldn't agree more.
The adorable video has been creating a buzz on the internet. Since being posted online it has been viewed over 9 million times and around 943k people have liked the video.
It is not just this lady who showed such a kind gesture to people who are less fortunate, there are instances like these that occur all the time. Recently, a Twitter user showcased how an old man was selling paintings on the street but nobody was willing to buy them. However, after observing the old man for some time, the person who was taking his video realised she could buy the painting herself. This instance occurred on the streets of Paris.
(Paris)I¡¯ve seen him frequently in the neighbourhood but it was the first time I saw him selling anything. He said he liked to paint & this was from his collection. He asked for 30 euros but I thought it was quite fine and offered 40..."
