Whatever helps you to land the job... A man went above and beyond to land the dream job, and his creativity worked wonders.
A man named Jonathan Swift saw an opening for a position he wanted at a printing house in the UK, and he was determined to land the job at any cost. So, he did something unique to make sure he stood out from other applicants.
The man brought his creative self to the fore - recycling the company's own flyers in a genius marketing stunt in the company car park - as he placed a flyer advertising his LinkedIn profile on every single car.
Jonathan's application stunt was noticed by
Craig Wassell, marketing manager of the company, who was in charge of the hiring for the position.

Wassell was so impressed that he decided to invite the man in for an interview.
"When I looked out of the office window, I could already see that someone had been around leaving flyers on all the car windscreens, and upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the flyers more closely were, in fact, an application for the role I was hiring for. Naturally, we immediately invited Jonathan in for an interview," Wassell was quoted as saying by The Mirror.
Wassell wrote that the applicant became the talk of the office ever since the CCTV clip was circulated. "He¡¯s been the talk of the office since covering everyone's cars in CVs. I love it when we get a #creativejobapplication," said Wassell.
The printing house had received over 140 applications for the position, but thanks to Jonathan's stroke of creative genius, he became the lucky candidate to be offered the role and started his new job earlier this month.
