To be honest, work from home is easier said than done; there are a number of distractions that can derail your flow of work. Parents working from home run the risk of their kids screaming or throwing a tantrum during a conference call; pet owners might find it hard to keep their cat from slouching on the keypad, or tell their dog that they can't play ball with them yet.
Distractions aside, till the time the WFH scenario is going on, it's highly crucial to keep a dedicated work area, even if it is temporary. Always take physical breaks during long work hours, make sure to get up, stretch and move around. Most importantly, do not work in your pyjamas, if you hit the video conference button there's no going back!
