Mukesh Ambani is famous for giving financial security to his staff members. Previously, in 2017, the salary of his personal driver was revealed, and people were duly shocked by the specifics of his driver¡¯s compensation. At the time, it was revealed that Mukesh¡¯s personal driver earns a whopping Rs 2 lakhs per month, making his final package out to be around 24 LPA.

After revealing his driver¡¯s salary, reports suggest that Ambani¡¯s personal chef at Antilia makes around the same salary. It is said the chef earns over Rs 2 lakh per month while working in the family¡¯s private residence, Antilia. Besides giving his staff a monthly salary, Ambani also provides his employees with insurance and tuition reimbursement. The report also claims that some of the staff members at Antilia send their children to study abroad.

This makes Ambani¡¯s staff a notch higher than MLAs in Delhi. After a 66 percent increase, Delhi MLAs are said to earn a salary of Rs 90,000 per month. From the looks of it, Mukesh Ambani keeps his staff happy and well-supported to maintain his private life without any hitches.
