A security camera at Mumbai¡¯s Kalyan railway station shows a man jumping off a moving train and losing his balance. The quick-thinking officer saw him fall and pulled him to safety.

The two police personnel seen in the footage ¡ª Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel K Sahu and Maharashtra Security Force (MSF) personnel Somnath Mahajan ¡ª are seen holding on to the 52-year-old man and his son. According to local reports, the man and his son realised they had boarded the wrong train and decided to jump off it.
In the past, there have been several cases where people have escaped grievous injuries all thanks to RPF soldiers.
In February this year, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel's timely intervention saved the life of a 43-year-old man, who slipped and fell while trying to board a train, in West Bengal's Midnapore railway station.

CCTV footage of the platform showed the man getting dragged by the train and stairs of coaches hitting him on his head and legs.
He was about to be hit by the steel stairs of another coach when the alert RPF constable, Dharmendra Yadav, pulled him out by his legs.
