Ever since the video was posted on Twitter by Sudha Ramen of the Indian Forest Service, it has gone viral on the micro-blogging website. The 51-second-long video has been viewed almost 4,000 times.

Also, for the lot who feel they need to buy special workout wear to exercise, the elderly woman is donning a saree while performing all the asanas and it doesn't act as an obstacle in any way.
She touches her head to her knees within seconds and it doesn't look like she's having any trouble doing so. Other than that, she bends and holds her feet with her hands, and walks around the room. Phantom pains incoming yet?
Throughout the clip, the woman doesn't even pause to take a breath and carries out asanas after asanas without feeling exhausted.
