Vivian Dsena, the Bigg Boss 18 runner-up, continues to be in the news even after the finale of the show. Recently the actor achieved a milestone as he became the first Indian television actor to be honoured by the Bahrain government.
Dsena was honoured by the government officials in Bahrain for his contribution to the entertainment field. While, on the other hand, a few days back, Vivian Dsena and his wife, Nouran Aly, were spotted with Indian comedian Bharti Singh and her husband, Harsh Limbachiyaa, with anticipations of the couple appearing on their podcast.
As expected, the latest episode on 'BHARTI TV' featuring Vivian Desena and his wife is out. In the episode, the couple candidly opened up about the beginning of their relationship, the hype of Vivian's epic shows like 'Madhubala,' and more. Apart from this, Vivian also shared some insights about the Bigg Boss house and the show.
Bigg Boss contestants and the reality of reality shows
Amid the discussion about Bigg Boss 18, Vivian's journey and experience, the host Bharti Singh asked Nouran whether she, as a wife, had an insecurity related to other female contestants in the house.
To which Nouran replied no because Vivain had already worked with some of the best-looking actors, like Rubina Dilaik and Eisha Singh, who were very good friends with her, and now ex-contestant Chahaat Pandey has also become her friend.
Apart from them, they also discussed Rajat Dalal, who treats Nouran as his sister, she revealed. Vivian Desena believes that contestants like Rajat were misunderstood in the show because people do not know them personally; they only see their professional behaviour, Vivian said. The emotions of the contestants are on the surface of a show like Bigg Boss; hence, people have to take calculated steps in the house.

Is Bigg Boss scripted?
Bharti Singh's husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa, who is also an Indian screenwriter and the co-host of the podcast, pointed out that most people have a question in mind: Is Bigg Boss scripted?
Additionally, this question has been raised on social media following Karan Veer Mehra's win. However, Harsh cleared the air by saying that he has been on the show many times as well as has been present backstage too; hence, he knows exactly how the show is created.
He further stated that according to him, he doesn't believe that the show is scripted, as the format of the show is different. He went on to explain that Bigg Boss is inspired by the American reality show Big Brother, and when you are adopting an international format, the makers have to adhere to certain rules and regulations. Additionally, the IP of Bigg Boss is around 5 to 10 crore, which is one of the biggest in the world; hence, favouring one contestant as 'ladla' (favourite) would be a foolish move by any network.
What's the truth behind the tag 'ladla'
Responding to this, actor Vivian Dsena, a.k.a. The 'ladla' of Bigg Boss 18 revealed that since he was called the 'ladla' of the show, people created a perception in their minds that he was being favoured by the makers. Whereas, everyone in the house was given equal rights.
He said maybe he was called the 'ladla' of the show just because he worked on only one network throughout his career. It is a personality-based show, and hence, it can't be scripted.
