Quick Job Hack 101: Unemployed Guy Shares Easy Way To Get You Through Applications At Record Speed
Australian musician Jarrah Skye managed to send off a significant chunk of his monthly job applications within minutes in order to get his fortnightly benefits payment
If you're someone who has a hard time submitting applications for different jobs when unemployed, then here is a hack for you that will make things super easy.
This unemployed man and musician identified as Jarrah Skye, who goes by the handle Mumfighter, filmed himself quickly applying for certain jobs to get his fortnightly benefits payment of $642.70 (?511).
Despite the fact that the job-seeker service requires people to spend 15 to 29 hours each week searching for jobs, Mumfighter showed how he got done filling out forms at lightning speed.
The guy completed each Centrelink application for roles in media and marketing within minutes.
The man lost his job at the beginning of the covid pandemic and has been looking for a job ever since. However, people accused the bloke of being a bulger. But among the critics was a Centrelink employee who wrote: "You¡¯ll be hearing from us. "Thankfully some staff enjoy TikTok, especially the auditing team. This is not acceptable."
Someone else said: ¡°If only you put that much effort into actually getting a job." Another wrote: "But why wouldn¡¯t you say really try and get a job? How is Centrelink money enough to survive, save and have a reasonably good life?¡±
Even though the job-seeker has a hack, he claimed that he has only gotten two interviews since he tried applying for the jobs. Many people came around and advised him on how to apply for a job.
One user suggested: "Nah bro. Use job access and ctrl-click like 50 jobs so they all open in a new tab. Then you just ctrl with each tab until you see ¡®apply online."
Another added: "You know you don't have to add jobs like that? It's easier to use the Jobseeker tab. It just adds it automatically after you apply for the job."
A third commented: "All you have to do is put a generic job title, your location, private company, private contact [then you¡¯re] done X 15."
