Watch: Woman Uses Her Prosthetic Leg To Catch Baseball During A Chicago White Sox Game
A woman has used her prosthetic leg to catch a baseball at a Chicago White Sox game in the US. She did it at a match in the biggest baseball league in the world, after having consumed at least five beers.
If you are a regular viewer of baseball you¡¯ll know that catching the ball in the stands from a home run is part of the fun of going to a game show. However, one woman has gone viral after she did something completely unusual to catch a baseball.
This woman used her prosthetic leg to catch a baseball at a Chicago White Sox game in the US the other day. So, not only did the woman manage to grab the baseball in her prosthetic leg, she did it at a match in the biggest baseball league in the world, after having consumed at least five beers.
27-year-old Shannon Frendreis grabbed her right leg off and managed to hold it up as the ball perfectly dropped into it.
As we've covered, to make matters even more impressive, she was presumably half cut, having had quite a bit to drink beforehand.
It's a once-in-a-lifetime grab, that's for sure.
She shared the moment on TikTok, captioning the video: "Five beers in, and taking my leg off to catch a ball seemed like a great idea."
Not just that, she shared it on Instagram as well.
Ice hockey team the Dallas Stars wrote: ¡®A star in the making.¡¯ One person joked: ¡°I¡¯ve heard of getting the upper hand but never getting the upper leg,¡± Another said: ¡°Let¡¯s talk about how you¡¯re standing on one leg, five beers deep, catching a ball with your other leg! High five sis!¡±
Catching a home run and going viral at the same time? Sounds like a great day to us.
