One of the most serious charges raised is Bu¡¯s alleged promotion of unfounded accusations, including the claim that Kim Soo Hyun had ¡°groomed¡± Kim Sae Ron, an assertion aired during a press conference and widely circulated in online media. The complaint insists these claims were made without substantial evidence and have had a direct impact on Kim¡¯s public image, financial stability, and professional momentum.
Kim Soo Hyun takes action against Kim Sae Ron's family
The My Love from the Star actor's agency has already taken legal action in response to the accusations. A criminal complaint was filed earlier this month against Kim Sae Ron¡¯s family, controversial YouTuber Garo Sero, and a woman claiming to be Kim Sae Ron¡¯s aunt. The charges in the 12 billion lawsuit include violations of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes, particularly regarding the illegal distribution of imagery.
Kim Soo Hyun faces new lawsuits
Almost two months after the initial allegations surfaced in March, the controversy surrounding Kim Soo Hyun remains far from over. Two advertising agencies have reportedly filed lawsuits against Kim and his agency, seeking reimbursement of modelling fees and damages exceeding 3 billion KRW. K-media reports revealed that a third company is also preparing to sue for breach of trust and recovery of fees, which could further strain the actor¡¯s already unstable financial situation.
