Lara Dutta highlights the importance of mental health among young minds
It is a fact that celebrities and influencers wear borrowed clothes, and it is crucial to recognize the impact of this practice on young minds as they are so actively using social media.
She also mentions that the younger generation is obsessed with how they look, and it affects their mental health to a great extent. She says that everything is doctored nowadays.
Impact of social media looks scary
Giving an example about her own nieces, Lara Dutta says it is scary because not just girls but boys as well are so caught up in this instant gratification that social media seems to be presenting to them, so much so that they forget the fact that they themselves are putting millions of filters on their photos.
Hence, we need to raise our children in such a way that they grow stronger and better, says Lara Dutta.
