In the second-leg match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Rahul made his return to Ekana Cricket Stadium, where he had previously captained LSG but left under disappointing circumstances. After missing the first clash due to the birth of his daughter, he came to the crease after the fall of a wicket and remained until the end. Interestingly, post the game, LSG owner Sanjiv Goenka tried and shook hands with KL Rahul.
