Breaking hearts of the fandom Daileee, the K-pop girl group Weeekly officially announced the mutual termination of its exclusive contract on February 26, marking the end of the group's five-year journey since their debut. According to the agency, after extensive discussions about future plans, both IST Entertainment and the members of Weeekly agreed to part ways.

Born in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea, she auditioned with the songs Hope and Hope by Kim Nayoung and Eyes, Nose, Lips by Taeyang. Among the members, she had the longest training period, spending 4 years and 2 months as a trainee. In 2018, she modeled for ETUDE's Spring Collection. She gained attention as the female center for MIXNINE's Just Dance performance. However, on December 31, 2017, she was involved in a car accident alongside former trainees Soomin and Bowon. Due to the accident, she suffered a stomach injury that required surgery, ultimately leading to her withdrawal from MIXNINE.

Born in Sokcho, Gangwon Province, South Korea, she attended KYW Dance Studio. For her audition, she performed five songs, including If It Is You by Jung Seung Hwan. She became a trainee on December 1, 2017, training for 2 years and 7 months before making her debut. On October 22, 2018, she was introduced as the first member of FAVE Girls, the pre-debut group that later became Weeekly.
