According to a PopTingz update on X, the Stranger Things star has been roped in by Marvel for an upcoming role. The post didn't reveal if Millie will star in a new movie or in a new part of the pre-existing franchise film. The report comes just two days after the trailer of her next film, The Electric State, a science fiction adventure comedy-drama film directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, was released.

After the pop page dropped the post, fans in the comments section couldn't help but wonder what role in the MCU would suit the actress best. While one fan commented she would make an amazing Kitty Pryde, another joked that "she already has superpowers," referencing her character Eleven from Stranger Things.

However, Millie cleared the air in an Instagram Q&A, sharing, ¡°Everybody thinks I¡¯m going to be in a Marvel movie¡ªnot that I know of."

Marvel debut or not, Millie Bobby Brown has a packed schedule. The actress will next be seen in The Electric State, which debuts on Netflix on March 14. The post-apocalyptic thriller also stars Chris Pratt in the leading role.
