In a tragic incident, a Delta Air Lines jet crashed and flipped over on Monday afternoon during an attempt to land at Toronto Pearson Airport, Canada. According to officials around 18 people reported injury and some people recounted horrific experiences from the incident on X (formerly called Twitter), saying that ¡°we were upside down hanging like bats."
Recently, while speaking to CNN, a passenger recalled the experience and said they were hanging upside down from their seats like a bat during the crash. The flight reportedly had 76 people and 4 crew members on board and most of them are safe, except a few who suffered injuries.
The flight had originated from the United States' Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

Horrific stories from the Toronto Delta plane crash
All the 80 people on board Flight number 4819 from Minneapolis were safely evacuated. Moreover, there are photos and videos surfaced on the internet that are enough to evident that the incident was no less than a horrific experience.
In some of the videos on social media, passengers are seen using the plane's front and rear doors to try to exit, some walking on the snow-covered tarmac when firefighters sprayed water on the aircraft.

While on the other hand, passengers John Nelson and Peter Koukov told CNN that they were aloft in their seats. All the passengers were upside down when the plane hit the ground and turned sideways. He continued to explain that he noticed a strong wind outside and the snow was blowing over the runways. The weird condition was noticeable, and ¡°We were upside down hanging like bats," he mentioned in the report.

When the aircraft came to a standstill, the passengers fell onto the ceiling of the plane before they further proceeded to help others who needed help. Nelson went on to describe that the scenario was chaotic and people were afraid to get out of the plane.
