According to insiders, Britney is heavily involved in choosing the perfect actress to play her, and she has two A-list stars in mind: Selena Gomez and Natalie Portman.

Britney has long been a fan of Natalie Portman, but many people think that Selena Gomez would be a great fit to play the part, thanks to her own experience as a singer and performer.

Just for the record, the admiration is mutual between the two pop stars. In 2018, Britney posted a video of her workout on Instagram, revealing that she was listening to Selena's song Bad Liar and credited her with helping her get through the tough exercise session, saying Gomez "definitely helped me get through it."
