Valentine's week is on, and romance is everywhere! But what about the singles who can't escape the endless hearts, love, and shades of red and pink? Even when browsing OTT platforms, it seems like these channels keep recommending heart-thumping romantic stories.
When it comes to K-dramas, it's usually the tooth-rotting love stories that steal the spotlight. Take Crash Landing on You, for example¡ªa love story between a South Korean heiress and a North Korean soldier. Or even It's Okay to Not Be Okay, where an antisocial children's book author and a psychiatric ward caretaker fall in love. And, of course, the ever-dreamy Song Kang in My Demon - showing even the bad can find love.
But not all K-dramas revolve around love! If you're looking for coming of age, action, thrillers, drama, angst, or something entirely different this Valentine's Week, here are some binge-worthy K-dramas with little to no romance.
