Nakra promised that the company will investigate the incident and action will be taken.

The statements came after a farmer in Karnataka who went to a showroom to buy a Bolero pick-up truck had said he was shooed away by sales executives who mocked that he could hardly afford a car.
Kempegowda RL felt insulted at the treatment that was meted out to him. So, he returned 30 minutes later with 10 lakh to buy his dream car and exact revenge. The salesman later apologised.
Kempegowda had gone to buy a Bolero pick-up when the salesman allegedly rudely told him off and asked him to leave.

He was told he won't even have "Rs 10 in his pocket" let alone Rs 10 lakh for a car.
Kempegowda reached out his friends & with their help he accumulated Rs 10laks in an hr. Went to the showroom wit his friends & money,demanded them to deliver vehicle immediately. Kempegowda also registered a police complaint at Tilaknagar police station in Tumkur for taunting him. Showroom salesman & other employees apologized to Kempegowda. Gave an hand written apology letter to him. Thereafter police settled the case amicably.

Before leaving the showroom, the agitated Kempegowda and his friends dared the sales executives to deliver the car "today itself" if they bring the cash. They were told to go ahead. "He thought we won't be able to pull together that much cash because banks were closed by then," Kempegowda told TOI.
The sales executive finally apologised to Kempegowda. "I don't want to buy a car from your showroom," the farmer said, walking off with his ? 10 lakh.
