Twitter Is Divided Over Video Of ¡®Gold Ferrari¡¯ That Was Shared By Anand Mahindra
Anand Mahindra shared a video on Twitter in which an Indian-American man can be seen flaunting his pure gold Ferrari.
Rich people obviously like to flaunt their money in some form or the other. While many spend it on buying properties, others like to spend it on luxury automobiles.
But a 'rich guy' brought a Ferrari when it comes to buying a luxury vehicle. However, buying just a Ferrari wasn't enough for him, he went a step too far and gold version of the car.
In a video going viral, a man is seen flaunting his super expensive vehicle in public as onlookers gather to take photos and videos. With a note that read, ¡°Indian American with pure gold Ferrari car,¡± the short video is widely being shared online and even caught the attention of business tycoon Anand Mahindra.
Anand Mahindra himself is an automobile enthusiast and heads many companies in the automobile sector around the globe. Even though he did share the video, he wasn't impressed with it. Taking to Twitter, the 66-year-old businessman said, ¡°I don¡¯t know why this is going around on social media unless it is a lesson on how NOT to spend your money when you are wealthy¡¡±

After the video was shared, people on the internet had a lot of comments. While a lot of people agreed with Mahindra about thoughtless spending, many others argued that the car was not made of gold but had gold vinyl. It is a type of shiny metallic-finish vinyl, which exudes the same charm as glittering gold. A lot of people also images and videos of others cars donning the same glossy wrap seen in many countries, including India.

Well Indian love gold and will wear it to show off however it takes! And this is no showoff. Many Indian rich have multiple assets and they use it/show off in India too. Because of the fear of getting a gold plated car scratched, they still keep it in their garages :)
