At 11, This Boy Has Already Graduated College & Is Preparing To Be An Astrophysicist
11-year-old William Maillis was the youngest St Petersburg College graduate to walk across the stage today. At 11 years old he now has an associate&rsquos degree & is attending USF next month to continue his education.
At an age when even a driver's license is a far-fetched dream, this 11-year-old boy has already graduated college.

Kids at his age might busy with beating video games scores, but for William Maillis being an astrophysicist and earning a Ph.D. degree is way more important. Something even adults find it difficult to commit to.
"Everybody has gifts from God. I was gifted with knowledge and science and history," he told Bay News 9.

And rightly so, Maillis was one of the students graduating from St. Petersburg College in Florida. He walked across the stage and received his 'associate in arts degree'.
"I want to be an astrophysicist, I want to prove to the world that God does exist through science," William told News 9.
His goal is to complete his doctorate by the time he's 18. Now that's some dedication!
