If there's one thing that unites all of us together, it is our love for biryani and there's no denying that. Even a pandemic won't deter some folks from standing in line for hours together, to get a bite of some scrumptious biryani.
That's the dedication Bengaloreans have towards a famous
eatery in Hoskote - a town 5 km outside of Bengaluru. People start
lining up outside it at 6:00 am, to buy the famous Anand Dum Biryani.

Apparently, the eatery serves as much as 1,000 kilos of mutton biryani on Sundays.

According to a News Minute report, the man behind the eatery, Anand, initially started the joint with idlis and chitranna. He quickly shifted focus on cooking and selling hundreds of kilograms of mutton biryani and it worked like magic.
They begin the cooking process in the wee hours in order to serve customers and typically run out of food within a few hours.
They also use only locally grown ingredients and rear their own sheep for the mutton reports The News Minute.

With the Karnataka government allowing gradual reopening of restaurants, several eating joints are back in business as more people step out of their homes. Looks like people didn't want to miss a chance to make a trip to Hoskote.
