From HCL To Reliance: Indian Companies Among Forbes' World¡¯s Best Employers In 2021
According to the Forbes list of ¡®World¡¯s Best Employers 2021,¡¯ HCL Technologies has been featured in this list for the second consecutive year. HCL has also emerged as the top-ranked company globally in the professional services sector and one of the top five India-headquartered multinationals across all sectors.
The coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown has hit people hard, as millions either lost their jobs or faced pay cuts. However, many companies across the world stood by their employees even through these trying times.
According to the Forbes list of ¡®World¡¯s Best Employers 2021,¡¯ HCL Technologies has been featured in this list for the second consecutive year. HCL has also emerged as the top-ranked company globally in the professional services sector and one of the top five India-headquartered multinationals across all sectors.
South Korean conglomerate Samsung Electronics has topped the Forbes' World's Best Employers 2021 list. It is followed by America's IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Alphabet, Dell Technologies, China's Huawei, America's Adobe and Germany's BMW Group. As many as 1,50,000 full-time and part-time workers from 58 countries working for MNCs and institutions were surveyed for the rankings.
Forbes partnered with market research company Statista for the survey conducted across 58 countries among 150,000 full-time and part-time workers of multinational companies and institutions.
