There are numerous videos on the internet showing some incredibly talented roadside food vendors, from swift strokes while chopping vegetables, flipping tea or coffee and, of course, flinging stuff with utmost confidence.
More recently, a video from Madhya Pradesh's Indore has gone viral showing a man making ¡®fire dosa¡¯. The video was shared by popular food blogger 'Foodie Incarnate'.
The unique fire dosa at Indore's Dosa Craft was priced at Rs. 180/- and its entire preparation was captured in the video.
First, the tawa was heated on high flame and the dosa batter was spread on a fiery metal plate. A variety of spices, vegetables, cheese and sauces were filled inside it. The masala was prepared and spread on the dosa, after which the fire dosa was cut into sections. Then, the dosa was cooked on high flame with the help of a table fan. The dosa was garnished with grated cheese and served as rolls.
Since being shared a few days ago, the video has accumulated over 6.5 lakh views. The post has also gathered tons of comments from people. Many wrote how they would love to taste the dish.
¡°Bahut badhiya lag rha dosa," one user wrote.
¡°Wow that¡¯s unique,¡± another added.
The preparation of this fire dosa is surely different and aesthetically appealing. We'd definitely love to try it once in Indore.
