Man Suffers A Seizure While Skydiving, Becomes Unconscious Mid-air While Falling From 12,000 ft

After suffering a seizure while skydiving, one man went completely unconscious for 30 seconds. He woke up to realise he was falling from over 12,000 feet in the air. He described the moment as the "scariest moment of my life."

Diver gets unconscious for 30 seconds mid-air

It was just another day for one skydiver, Christopher, when he had a terrifying near-death experience. Christopher experienced one of the most terrifying moments of his life after completing stage five of his Accelerated Free Fall programme.

The diver jumped out of an aircraft from over 12,000 feet in the air, accompanied by a jump master, but something completely unexpected happened during the descent as he attempted to turn left.

He is seen falling from the helicopter with all of his limbs evenly spread and making eye contact with the jump master when something goes horribly wrong.

Within seconds, Christopher's body began convulsing as he spun and rotated in the air, completely out of control. He was unconscious for the next 30 seconds in free fall.

Fortunately, the sharp-eyed jump master recognised something was wrong with Christopher and rushed over to help. Thankfully, the jump master was able to pull Christopher's ripcord while he was still unconscious at around 4000 feet in the air. The diver regained consciousness at 3,000 feet and "safely" landed the parachute. Christopher called it: "Possibly the scariest moment of my life."

The lucky skydiver uploaded the video to his YouTube channel, Nomadic Adrenaline, which has since received over 2,000,000 views.

More than 18,000 people rushed to the comments section to express their shock at the terrifying moment. Some couldn't even fathom how terrifying the situation must have been for the lucky diver. Many more congratulated the jump master 'hero' for saving the diver's life. Here's what people wrote.

A man wrote, " The man who pulled his chute is a hero."

Another man wrote, "Bro you do realize you just saved a man's life right? You deserve a big shiny medal for your act of heroism."

It is INSANE to see someone be put into a situation where if they had been alone or no one noticed them........ it would be pretty much guaranteed THEY WILL DIE! But thankfully someone stepped in and helped out just in the nick of time. Not just that it is a BADASS WAY TO SAVE SOMEONE!!" added another man.
