People Pumped For Elon Musk & Mark Zuckerberg's Fight As Meta CEO Shows Off Blue Belt In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
People on the Internet have been eagerly awaiting the promised match between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. The anticipation for the match skyrocketed recently when the Meta CEO showed off his newly-acquired blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Back in June, Elon Musk challenged Mark Zuckerberg to a cage fight. The thought of two capitalists going head-to-head in a brutal cage fight has given the internet a new sense of purpose. However, it's been weeks since the last update on the cage fight and the public is getting anxious.
Meta CEO Gets Blue Belt In Jiu-Jitsu
Well, it seems the Meta CEO felt the unrest in the air and decided to spark interest yet again in the future prospects of the cage fight by showing off his newly acquired blue belt. While Musk has been mum on the topic since his initial war cry for the fight, Zuckerberg seems to be gearing up his bearings for a show worth watching.
In his recent Instagram post, Zuckerberg posted a click posing alongside his coach and buddy, David Camarillo, MMA World Champ trainer. He congratulated David for getting a fifth-degree black belt and commemorated his own achievement of acquiring a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Previously, Italy offered The Colloseum to the two billionaires for their little brawl. However, news from Dana White, the President of UFC, suggests that the two might land a fist in the ring. White seems quite serious about the fight and apparently, he even has a date set in mind.
Elon Is Also Preparing For The Fight
As for Elon¡¯s recent preparation for the billionaire brawl, he has reportedly been in contact with UFC fighter and legend Georges St-Pierre. Along with St-Pierre, Musk has also been training with St-Pierre¡¯s longtime grappling coach, John Danaher.
With that said, it does seem like Musk might pull out of the deal sooner or later. Not because of his apparent lack of fighting prowess but because of his mother¡¯s disapproval. Musk¡¯s mom, Maye Musk, has spoken of her wishes to not let Musk partake in any such fight.
Mom, I¡¯m fighting him, stop it

Like any mother defending her child from a brawl, Maye advised Musk to refrain from taking part in any such fight and stick to verbal communication. She even went as far as replying to users who were instigating a fight on Twitter.
Although the fight between Musk and Mark might not end up manifesting, in his latest jab at the Tesla tycoon, Zuckerberg launched his own version of Twitter and named it ¡®Threads¡¯. While the initial hype about the app has cooled off quite a bit, it still seems like the two billionaires might be competing on more platforms than just a fighting ring.
