Sign Boards Reading 'No Photography,' 'No Video Recording' Allegedly Come Up At The Site Of Central Vista Project
While the Central Vista project has been in the eye of a storm, the government has now installed sign boards at the construction site reading: 'No Photography', 'No Video Recording'.
The unprecedented surge in COVID-19 cases in India--faster than anywhere else in the world--has left the healthcare system overwhelmed and stretched beyond its capacity. There is dire shortage of medical supplies including oxygen which is leading families of COVID-affected to go in desperate search, in order to source some privately to help their loved ones stay alive.
Meanwhile, the Central Vista redevelopment project, one aimed at giving a new identity to the power corridor of India, continues to take shape after having been labelled an 'essential service.'
In a recent development, new sign boards have reportedly been installed at the construction site. They read: 'no photography,' 'no video recording'.

The photos of the alleged sign boards in question have now gone viral.
This comes at a time when the Centre told Delhi HC on Tuesday that the 'plea seeking to stop construction of the project is "sheer abuse of process of law" and is one more attempt to stall the project,' reported ANI.
