Jacqueline has been a flight attendant for seven years and has encountered a variety of circumstances and people. She stated a few things that passengers should bear in mind when travelling by plane.

She emphasised three main things and asked people to follow them. Jacqueline believes that every passenger on board should be treated with dignity and that flight attendants should not be considered personal helpers.

She added that every individual should receive respect and affection, including cabin crew members who often put in strenuous efforts, occasionally working double shifts.

Recognising their shared humanity, it's crucial for passengers to demonstrate respect and speak to them with kindness, considering that the crew members may also have personal challenges hidden from passengers' view.

Following that, she stated that a few passengers begin to demand as soon as they board a plane. The flight attendants want to assist each and every passenger, but passengers must also give them some time. Passengers are asked to take their seats and relax once they board the plane. After some time, the attendants will arrive to assist.

The last and most crucial point, according to Jacqueline, and one of the most regular challenges they confront, is passengers requesting that they move seats.

She advised that if a person wishes to change seats, they should approach the other passenger directly rather than requesting that the flight attendants do it.

This causes them a lot of problems, and the other passengers may also be unpleasant or disrespectful to the attendant. She asked that everyone remember these, cooperate with the attendants, and enjoy their journey.
