Shaadi.com's Anupam Mittal hires for hilarious 'Chief of What?' job role, takes a dig at Deepinder Goyal

Deepinder Goyal¡¯s controversial 'Chief of Staff' job posting, where candidates were asked to pay Rs 20 lakh for the privilege of working with him, quickly went viral as he faced much trolling for it. Now, Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal has joined the conversation with his own job offer ¨C though, intriguingly, he admits he's not entirely sure what a 'Chief of Staff' actually does, making his pitch one-of-a-kind.

Anupam Mittal, taking a playful jab at Deepinder Goyal's viral job posting, took to LinkedIn saying, "All those who can't afford to pay my friend Deepi 20 lacs, pls send me your application. I am looking for a Chief of Staff too."

He cheekily adds, "Although I don't know exactly what one does, I figure it can be your first assignment."

Mittal sets some unconventional¡ªand humorous¡ªrequirements for the role, such as accepting compensation from Day 1 (highlighting negotiable here), sending in your resume, and describing the role so he can prep his interview questions.

Finally, he adds, that the candidate must be willing to carry the title, "ChiefOfWhat?" for six months as a "thick-skin test"!

Mittal ends the post with a challenge for the courageous: "If you willing to take the path less taken, be sneered at by the crowd in the hope that we will stick it to them some day ? AND figure out if you really are Chief of something while I take credit for all your work ? then write to ChiefOfWhat@peopleinteractive.in."
