For Humans It's Siren, For Strays A Call For Food: Dogs Gather As Soon As Cop Car Approaches
Video shows dogs running an approaching police vehicle anticipating the food theyre going to get. A team of Industrial Area police station has been feeding them since lockdown. The video reinforces the idea that every life matters.
Such is the world we're living in: The only food stray dogs on the streets can count on is the food a compassionate human offers them. Due to the lockdown, it's not just us humans who've been troubled, even these mute animals have been struggling to get enough to eat.
It is only when people who some times head out for groceries take care of these beings; even some celebs have contributed to NGOs who are taking care of stray animals during lockdown.
Turns out, in Chandigarh, it is the police who are helping these strays. A video shared by The Tribune journalist Amit Sharma shows dogs running an approaching police vehicle anticipating the food they're going to get. Understandably, the video is going viral.

Tails wagging, to show gratitude
Great efforts by Administration. Should be replicated all over the city. Also their regular Anti Rabies vaccination. We don't want incidents occupying hospital beds.

The police going out of their way to feed animals reinforces the idea that every life matters and we should all take the initiative of taking care of those less fortunate than us.
