Chhattisgarh Teacher Has Creative Ways To Ensure That His Students Do Not Fall Behind On Their Lessons

The education system has been hit hard during this pandemic, with schools and colleges shutting down as per lockdown guidelines. Institutions have resorted to online classes but not everyone has the luxury to access those.
In situations like these, teachers emerged as saviours for students who cannot afford to learn through online classes. One such teacher from Koriya, Chhattisgarh, is going out of his way to ensure that his students' education does not suffer.
A video of the teacher carrying a green board and a loudspeaker with him to a village to take classes has been shared on Twitter. You have to watch it to understand it.

The 'open school' has special arrangements and students are made to stand six feet apart from each other so that proper social distancing can be maintained as per safety protocol. The students look cheerful and happy about being able to learn and that should come as an important lesson to anyone who complains about studying. It is a privilege, use it right.
Another example of how hard teachers are working, emerged from Tamil Nadu's Madurai. Here, teachers decided to pitch in and buy mobile phones for their students - those who could not afford one - so that they can attend online classes. Teachers of Thiyagaraja Government aided school in Tamil Nadu put together money from their own salaries, in an effort to help their students continue their education.
We should be eternally grateful to such teachers, who are doing more than what is asked of them, because they genuinely want to see their students succeed. It is also proof that if you have the right teacher guiding you, a student can learn much more than just what is in the books.
