A woman who had been chumming ordered some sanitary pads from food delivery app Swiggy's Instamart, which turned out to be a pretty nice gesture when he received the order.

In addition to the pads, she received a couple chocolate cookies. Sameera resorted to the microblogging site Twitter and tweeted about her experience.

Taking to Twitter, Sameera wrote, "I ordered sanitary pads from @SwiggyInstamart and found a bunch of chocolate cookies at the bottom of the bag. Pretty thoughtful! But not sure who did it, swiggy or the shopkeeper?" The app itself responded to the now-viral tweet. "We just want you to have a pleasant day ahead, Sameera. ^Ashwin," wrote Swiggy.

According to Bengaluru-based market research firm RedSeer, the total potential market for rapid commerce in India is $45 billion, with metropolitan areas driving this industry on the strength of mid-to-high-income households.
