Turns out the drama doesn't end with them! The Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni saga from the 2025 film It Ends with Us just keeps getting more tangled. In the latest twist, Lively is facing yet another lawsuit!this time, not from Baldoni but from a PR firm accusing her of repeatedly pulling them into the case.
Who is suing Blake Lively now, and why
The legal drama surrounding It Ends With Us stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has taken another turn, with PR consultant Jed Wallace filing a lawsuit against Lively.
Wallace, of Street Relations, has accused Lively of unfairly dragging him into her legal battle with Baldoni. He has now taken the matter to a Texas federal court, demanding at least $7 million in damages and a court order to clear his name.
This is because Lively had previously accused Wallace of working with Baldoni's team to orchestrate a social media campaign against her.
She claims he helped spread fake content online to manipulate public perception, painting her in a negative light while defending Baldoni.
Wallace, however, denies any involvement. He argues that he was wrongfully implicated in Lively's sexual harassment and retaliation case and insists the lawsuit is simply retaliation for her accusations.
This lawsuit specifically follows Lively's recent legal move in Texas state court, where she sought permission to depose Wallace.
If successful, he could be formally added to her ongoing case against Baldoni and his company, Wayfarer.
How Blake Lively responded
Blake Lively's attorney, Michael Gottlieb, has pushed back against Wallace's lawsuit, calling it a retaliatory move.
In a statement reported by The Hollywood Reporter, her legal team remarked, "Another day, another state, another nine-figure lawsuit seeking to sue Ms. Lively 'into oblivion' for speaking out against sexual harassment and retaliation."
