Allegedly defending his dad, with a knockout move

According to TMZ, things got physical when a man allegedly began harassing Tarek¡¯s elderly father. The Flip Off star reportedly stepped in like a real-life action hero, and the incident escalated to the point where Tarek allegedly delivered a knockout knee to the man¡¯s head. No arrests were made, and both parties refused medical help because Vegas, apparently.
