Alleged stalker claims he shares a child with Taylor Swift
The alleged stalker, 45-year-old Brian Jason Wagner from Colorado, is said to have made repeated, uninvited visits to Swift¡¯s residence from as early as July 2024 right up until May 2025. During these visits, Wagner allegedly made disturbing claims ¡ª that he was living on her property, was romantically involved with her, and that Swift was the mother of his child. One particularly concerning incident involved Wagner reportedly holding a glass bottle, which Swift believes could have been used as a weapon. The Grammy-winning artist shared in court documents that his presence left her feeling deeply unsafe, not only for herself but also for her family.
The restraining order mandates Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away from Swift, with a court hearing scheduled for 30 June to determine whether a more permanent order will be issued.

A disturbing pattern of stalking
Sadly, this is far from Swift¡¯s first brush with obsessive stalkers. Over the years, the singer has faced multiple incidents of trespassing, harassment, and serious security threats. In 2017, a man was committed to a psychiatric facility after breaking into her apartment building. In 2018, another intruder used her shower and slept in her bed. That same year, a third man travelled over 1,000 miles to her home, carrying ammunition, a knife, rope, and gloves.

Taylor Swift takes over her original six albums
Swift, who is currently riding high after regaining ownership of her master recordings, has remained candid about the toll these stalker incidents have taken on her. She recently finalised a deal to buy back her original six albums, which were previously sold off without her consent. The singer said that owning her own music outright, with full autonomy, had always been her dream.
