The trans woman, named Emily James from Kansa City, spent about$17,000, which is approximately Rs 14.6 lakh for undergoing surgery to remove six ribs from her body to achieve a smaller waistline.
Well, not only that, wait for a bigger shocker- as Emily wants those ribs to be turned into a crown. According to a report in the New York Post, Emily to Cater News, "I plan on having someone make a crown out of them." She wants to keep the ribs and was initially going to gift them to her best friend.

Before going for the surgery, Emily, many times jokingly said in her videos that she is getting her ribs removed and then she is going to have an Emily barbeque. But after this, throughout her recovery process, she kept her followers updated that the rib removal was completely for cosmetic reasons.
Emily further explained the whole process revealing that the rib removal was for cosmetic reasons and while recovering, she wore a corset to help manage the swelling.
Moreover, despite the intense procedure, Emily only had minimal pain and she also shared that the doctors allowed her to keep the ribs after the surgery. And now she is planning to turn them into a crown.
