Appalling! Teens Mercilessly Hurl Dog Into Pond, Throw Stones At It While It Drowns
Soon after the video went viral on social media, PETA India along with the help of cybersecurity experts have been trying to find the origin of the video and nab the two seen committing the heinous act.
UPDATE: The two teenage boys have now been identified as belonging to Ujjain, MP and an FIR has been lodged.
According to TOI, one of the accused is 19-year-old Sunny Borasi, the second is a minor.
Preliminary interrogation of the two boys by the local police revealed that the animal crime took place around sixdays ago, and that the youths had drowned the dog while shooting the video 'just for fun.'
The offence is booked under Sections 34 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 11(1)(a) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA).
In another gut-wrenching case of animal abuse, a group of teenagers were seen torturing a helpless pooch in a video which was later posted on TikTok.

In the 45-second video, the two boys are seen swinging the dog by its limbs before mercilessly flinging it into the pond. It doesn't stop there, they go on to throw stones at the while it is drowning.

There was another person, who was behind the camera, capturing the stomach-churning act while humming a song. PETA India has already swung into action.
According to TOI, PETA India Emergency Response Team Associate Manager, Meet Ashar said, "We're calling on anyone with information to come forward immediately ¨C to help dogs and humans. As psychologists well know, violent people often start by abusing animals and then move on to target humans. Sixty per cent of women said that their abusive partners have killed their dogs or other animals."

¡°Anyone with information about this case should contact PETA India¡¯s animal-emergency helpline on +91 9820122602 or e-mail,¡± PETA wrote on its release, announcing to award Rs 50,000 to anyone who helps the organisation in identifying the two boys.
As of now, there is no information about the abusers or the place where the incident occurred.
