Aussie Man Shocked To Find Extremely 'Ripped' Kangaroo While On Bushwalk, Pic Goes Viral
An Australian man stumbled onto a particularly scary specimen of a Kangaroo and got some truly incredible photos of it looking menacing took social media by storm.
An Australian man stumbled across a pretty intimidating sight while bushwalking in Western Australia.
Jackson Vincent couldn't help but get as close to the 'roo as possible when he spotted the ripped Kangaroo in Boodjidup Creek. Vincent was walking his pet kelpie Dharma when he found it chilling in the middle of a stream.
The 'roo was standing in the creek nearly fully submerged, and as Vincent started to take photos, it started to come at him.

"I am pretty confident around animals but the moment when he started to come out of the water my heart definitely jumped and I decided to take a few steps back," he told the Telegraph.
"He looked to be at least two metres tall or taller and must have weighed at least 100kg. I definitely wouldn't like to take him on in a boxing match."
It is not uncommon for kangaroos to look like bodybuilders. Male kangaroos, known as bucks, often grow to massive sizes, developing huge muscles in their hind legs and chest due to their strange hopping gait.
Kangaroos are known to hop into a waterbed when approached by a potential threat. They will wait there until the animal comes a little closer before using their claws to grab and drown it.
"There are a lot of 'roos at my grandma's place, but I have never seen one that muscular before¡ªhe was a big macho male," Vincent said, before giving his most chilling anecdote: "I decided to get Dharma out of there, as we thought the kangaroo was going to lure him into the water to drown him."

Kangaroos will often try to hold an opponent with their beefy arms, and then use their insanely-powerful legs and claws to pin down the other fighter.
Another Kangaroo named Roger who stood 6 feet, 7 inches tall and weighed nearly 200 pounds hit headlines two years ago.

Roger was rescued as an orphaned joey; he was trapped inside his dead mother's pouch when a man named Chris Barns discovered him and decided to found a kangaroo sanctuary.
Roger is not the only brawny kangaroo in Australia. Red kangaroos are the largest living marsupials in the world, and the males box to establish dominance. Only the alpha male mates with the females in the group, called a mob.
