The time between ordering your favourite food from an app and waiting for it to arrive seems like a lot. But imagine not getting your food at all after all the waiting. Sounds annoying right? Well, Something similar happened with a guy recently.
In this case, to make things worse, the guy not only didn't receive his order but also got a shocking text from the delivery man. Here's what happened.

A screenshot shared on Twitter by @BodyBagnall shows a conversation on the food delivery app, Deliveroo, a British food delivery company. The user shared a screenshot in which the conversation began with a "sorry" from the delivery man. When the user asked what had happened, and why is the agent saying sorry, the delivery man replied, "This food is very tasty. I eat this, you can report the Deliveroo Company." The customer wrote back and said, "You're an awful man." To which the delivery agent replied, "I don't care."
The bizarre conversation was posted with the caption, "Deliveroo driver has gone rogue this morning."

To this, another user added and elaborated, "It seems their policy is to flat out refuse refunds. They make it hard even finding a formal complaint system to engage with and they're default is you got the food so that's good enough even if over an hour late and cold and after the restaurant hung up on you."

A user also sympathised with the riders and wrote, "Sad but a lot of these drivers get paid less than ?4 for each deliveries, they have to wait 30 odd mins sometimes at restaurants, when you add traffic and everything like missing orders etc you can see some of them going rogue, and UK don¡¯t have the tipping mentality like USA."
