When the news anchor asked Rasheed a question about Rana Sanaullah, he went ballistic and said, "I would like to urge General Qamar Bajwa to rein in Rana Sanaullah. Pakistani politician slaps another politician on TV show
Last year, Pakistani politician Firdous Ashiq Awan - who was then a special assistant to the Chief Minister Punjab - had slapped another politician after a heated argument between the two on a TV show.
The incident occurred when the two appeared on Express News talk show, Kal Tak, hosted by senior journalist Javed Chaudhry. What started as a discussion about the government's performance and excessive load shedding in parts of the country, turned into a shouting match.

The heated debate spiralled into Awan verbally abusing and slapping Qadir Khan Mandokhail in the face. The PPP leader can be seen telling the show host to stop her after being physically assaulted by the minister.
Awan alleged that PPP MNA Qadir Mandokhail had threatened her and abused her late father during the recording of the TV show. Therefore, she decided to take this step and slap the other minister. She had added that she would consult her legal team to take further action against Mandokhel.
