A report on Jakarta Post, says the teens experience hallucinations and feel like they're 'flying'! Some even got to the extent of boiling diapers and drinking the liquid.
A teen who is an addict told the Jakarta Post that the pad first needs to be unwrapped then dipped into boiling water.

National Narcotics Agency, Senior Commander Suprinarto told Straits News,'The used pads they took from the trash were put in boiling water. After it cooled down, they drank it together.
Sanitary pads contain sodium polyacrylate, a chemical meant to help absorb liquid which, when ingested, can bring on a certain high, state reports.
