Indonesian Man Who Married A Rice Cooker Divorces It Days Later Because He Couldn't Handle The 'Pressure'
A man from Indonesia created waves on social media as he married his rice cooker. But now, he has divorced it because he couldn't handle the pressure.
News about people marrying inanimate objects has been increasing way more than we'd all prefer.
Adding to that list, a man in Indonesia recently made the headlines after he "married" a rice cooker. Yes, the electric appliance that is used to make rice for everyday meals.
This man named Khoirul Anam from Magelang, Java, took to Facebook to announce the "wedding ceremony" to his beloved appliance. This went viral on Twitter after he shared a bunch of photos showing him dressed up in wedding attire, while the rice cooker donned a bride's veil to make everything seem more authentic.
In a series of images shared by the man of his unique wedding, the couple was seen sitting together for the ceremony as they took the holy oath. He was even pictured sealing the union with a kiss!

Anam even captioned the photos by calling his spouse "white (fair), doesn't talk much, and great at cooking" ¨C three qualities that perfectly describe the rice cooker. We aren't disagreeing.
However, the latest update on this couple is even more bizarre. Anam, who is known for pulling eccentric antics on social media, informed his followers that he has divorced his newlywed wife, the rice cooker, just after four days!
Saying it was a "heavy" decision on his part, he admitted that there is no perfect partner for him. Breaking the news, he wrote: ¡°My decision is round.. heavy indeed.. but this is the way I take.. no perfect partner..¡±
Whether it was a stunt or prank, we will never know.
