The video gaining widespread attention starts with the customer insisting that the delivery agent contact customer service because the agent cannot provide change in cash to the customer.

The angry customer, whose face remains unseen in the footage, had handed the delivery agent a $20 bill and anticipated receiving change in cash. The video is labeled "Me vs the Pizza Man."

In the clip, the customer insists, "That's the exact money you have to give me. You think I never ordered food before? Dummy. You stupid. Call the work, please," prompting the agent to dial customer service from his iPhone.

During his call with customer service, the delivery agent provided the order details and sought guidance on how to proceed. He informs them of the abuse he's enduring from the customer, expressing his distress over the situation.

"On the call, the delivery agent expresses frustration, stating, "The customer was giving me s**t. He is abusing me¡­ can I take my order back? I don't have any change right now."

After receiving instructions from customer service, he hangs up. Addressing the customer, he asserts, "I want my order back. I will bring the change, and then I will give it to you."

However, when he attempts to retrieve the food, the customer mocks him, even mimicking his accent. Despite the customer's refusal to answer calls from customer service, the delivery agent persists. In a heated exchange, the customer loudly declares, "You f**king clown.

This is the worst delivery driver you've ever had. Fire this guy," as the delivery agent once again contacts his employer for further directions." Ultimately, despite enduring continued abuse from the customer, the delivery agent decides to leave with his delivery box.
