The wealthy Russian woman entrepreneur, according to the New York Post, bought many billboards to find her ideal spouse. All Russians in the nation are unable to use dating apps due to sanctions imposed by the government.
The 26-year-old woman, identified as Maria Molonova, believed a billboard advertisement would be sufficient to find love. That's exactly what she did. According to reports, the massive billboard ended up attracting the attention of a Ukrainian millionaire who was travelling at the time and responded to the campaign in an interesting way.

Molonova got a response from Serhii Kharkusha, a Ukrainian tycoon, who in turn bought a billboard of his own.
The Daily Star reported that Kharkusha, a 26-year-old, who had assisted in raising money for the Ukrainian military, had fallen hard and fast for the wealthy woman whose billboard advertisement he had responded to.
Kharkusha replied, "Millionaire turn around, I'm already here," to the advertisement. "I picked Maria since she is my type and I saw her on the news after seeing her commercial," he gushed. Adding, " She is brave. She is bright. There are lots of women in LA, but they are all wrong, and then I saw Maria."
Then he made the decision to buy another billboard and he wrote, "I'm here."
Since the man is from Ukraine, he is unable to visit her city at the moment, but he still wanted to send her something she'd remember him by, and is now sending her a life-size photo of himself.
Kharkusha wanted to find a like-minded partner without worrying about what country his other half comes from. He added, ¡°I choose those people whose values match mine."

Maria, who is a mother of two and had put the billboard up first, said, "Serhii's response to me pleased me because it served as his own form of self-promotion. He is creative, so it's definitely not predictable."

However, the man has not personally contacted her yet and she says that for this "romance to blossom" he has to make it more personal rather than telling the entire city, as per a Mirror report.
